HASWA had an information stand at the Community Cultural Celebration Event which the Havering BME Forum in partnership with the London Borough of Havering hosted on Saturday 2nd November 2013 at the Queen’s Theatre from 10am – 4pm. There was a variety of cultural performances and cuisine for all the family to enjoy. HASWA’s Bollywood dance teacher Mariyam Khan performed a Bollywood dance routine and Sukhraj Lali did her threading which is always popular and kept her busy all day. HASWA weekly activities programme and newsletters were handed out with lots of interest shown!! Thank you to our staff and volunteers for their help and manning the HASWA stall.
